Ruiqi Gave me the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. She was very professional and skillful. She made me feel comfortable and cared about my health. She’s the entire reason I went to this location. I plan on getting massages from her monthly. I was astounded by her great care and detail. It was a deep tissue massage which I’m not accustomed to. She’s helping me work on flexibility and mobility. She knew exactly where my pain was and addressed the issue with great care. Thank you Ruiqi!!!! You are the best!!! ❤️

I’ve been seeing Anna every month for a long time, and I really should have left this review sooner! I came in today with a gym injury in my arm that was so painful I couldn’t sleep, but Anna worked her magic and now I feel completely relaxed and "light" again. What I love most is how reliable she is—the quality of her massage is always top-notch, whether it’s morning session or the last shift of the day. She’s great at communicating to tailor the pressure and style to exactly what I need. My husband and I both see her, and even though our needs are completely different, she nails it for both of us every time. Anna is incredibly experienced; even when I can’t quite explain where it hurts, she always finds the exact spot. Every 90-minute session flies by way too fast. I’ve tried a couple therapists here and they all have very different styles so your experience will vary widely depending on person. I prefer a deeper massage with more focus on pushing/kneading as opposed to superficial strokes, and Jolie especially is terrific at that!

I went for massages with Ruici about four or five times, and she’s truly an amazing therapist. I always had great experiences with her, which is why I kept going back. However, during my last visit in Spring 2024, she scratched my scalp far too intensely for about five minutes. It was so rough that it actually broke the skin and caused a small amount of bleeding. This was very unusual compared to my previous sessions, and I’m not sure why it happened that time, but it was quite uncomfortable. Even though I really liked her as a therapist, I decided to stop going to that place after that experience.
